Accounting Manager

The ideal candidate will assist in all areas of marketing lead generation and marketing support.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain websites, newsletterActively seeking an Accounting Manager for a Full-Time Position within a leading Industrial Manufacturer located in New Jersey. Candidates with experience in SaaS, Manufacturing, Startups, and established Manufacturing are encouraged to apply. A strong grasp of USGAAP and experience in a leadership position is required.

HOURS: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM EST

SCHEDULE | LOCATION: Onsite | Newark, NJ (Central New Jersey)

PAY: $110 - $120K (Commensurate w/Experience)

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance REQUIRED
• 5-10+ Years of Experience in an Accounting Role REQUIRED; 2-5+ Years in a Leadership position REQUIRED
• Strong MS Office Suite Experience; Including Excel; Experience in SAP or Oracle PREFERRED
• Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills to be able to make presentations and put together analytical reports
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and USGAAP

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Team Leadership: Supervise and lead the accounting team
• Financial Management: Manage and reconcile financial transactions and accounts
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets
• Month-End and Year-End Closing: Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow and working capital
• Staff Development: Mentor and develop accounting staff
