About The Role

As an Accounts Receivable Billing Supervisor in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), you will ensure that our organization receives timely and precise payment for our healthcare services. Prioritize managing the reimbursement process, optimizing revenue collection, minimizing financial risks, and complying with all regulatory guidelines.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in reimbursement collections or related areas
  • Minimum of 5 years of RCM experience
  • Minimum of 1 years of people leadership experience
  • In-depth experience and knowledge of reimbursement processes, including claim submission, payment posting, and denial management
  • Extensive experience in denial management, including advanced strategies and analysis


Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced reporting and analysis skills, with the ability to identify trends and propose improvements
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, payer policies, and coding systems
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
