We are seeking a skilled and professional Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position must possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for patient care.
As a Dental Accounts Receivable Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following:
Verification of patient ledgers for correct billing to patients and their insurance companies
Batching, submitting and following up on insurance claims on a pre-determined timeline.
Daily verification of office collections and completion of bank deposits.
Maintain strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations, (e.g, OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, Employee Handbook).
You Will Be Required To Possess The Following
Extreme detail orientation and comfort working independently.
Three (3) of more years of practical experience (preferred).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
