Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and professional Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position must possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for patient care.

As a Dental Accounts Receivable Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Verification of patient ledgers for correct billing to patients and their insurance companies
  • Batching, submitting and following up on insurance claims on a pre-determined timeline.
  • Daily verification of office collections and completion of bank deposits.
  • Maintain strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations, (e.g, OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, Employee Handbook).

You Will Be Required To Possess The Following

  • Extreme detail orientation and comfort working independently.
  • Three (3) of more years of practical experience (preferred).
  • Dental software (Dentrix Enterprise) experience (preferred).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
