As our Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will help the Accounting Team by ensuring accurate and timely processing of SJE and subsidiary accounts receivable and credit management. You will work with employees, distributors, representatives, and customers and be a strategic partner for the sales team for our products that help control and monitor one of the world’s most valuable and limited resources– Water! This position may work in any of our United State locations.
The Job
Every day, your primary role will be to establish and maintain customer contacts regarding timely payments and collections. You will handle discrepancies on customer accounts for clean and accurate receivables while maintaining exceptional customer service. You will manage the commission process by partnering with our Sales Reps, both internally and externally, to ensure accurate and timely commission payments and reports.
The Skills You Need
To succeed in this role, you must be experienced in Microsoft Excel. You must possess exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. You must have experience with collections and investigating and researching discrepancies on customer accounts. A 2-year or 4-year degree in Accounting or proven experience is required.
