APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Penn State School of Theatre seeks to fill Adjunct faculty positions for the summer 2022 and fall 2022 semesters.
Duties for each position will vary based upon the School's needs. Typical duties may include outreach, presenting to students, collaborating with faculty, artistic production roles, etc. Typical courses include but are not limited to theatre history, acting, theatre administration, singing, design, etc. These positions are generally short in duration, part-time without benefits, and have no guarantee of renewal. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis and reviewed as the need arises.
Requirements and qualifications:
CAMPUS SECURITY CRIME STATISTICS:
Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR). The ASR includes crime statistics and institutional policies concerning campus security, such as those concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters. The ASR is available for review here.
Employment with the University will require successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies.

- Masters degree or the equivalent of experience
- Employment with the University will require successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies.
