Seeking a Qualified, Part-Time Administrative Assistant for a

Financial Planner in Haubstadt, Indiana.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet clients in a polite and personable manner in the office and when answering the phone
  • Take and relay accurate messages.
  • Support Financial Planner in managing and coordinating day-to-day business activities.
  • Manage follow up and completion on various projects.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Abilities and Skills

  • Impeccable character.
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
  • The ability to work in a discreet manner, maintaining confidentiality.
  • Superior organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Confidence & capability to take initiative.
  • Willingness to maintain flexibility in job function in an ever-changing environment.
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills to interface with financial advisor and clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Hours:

Flexible Schedule. 12-24 hours per week – typically 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Competitive pay based on experience – minimum $14.75 / hr.

Retirement plan with 3% match available after 90 days.
