Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Van Nuys, CA. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing emails, sample request, maintaining effective communication, assisting team members, and performing clerical tasks.


Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Strong clerical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in Google
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with office equipment and procedures
  • Relevant certification or diploma in Business Administration or related field
