Craftexcom We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth running of our office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with general office management duties, including organizing files, maintaining supply inventory, and ordering office supplies.
  • Manage the executives' schedules, including arranging meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing necessary documentation.
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate individuals within the organization.
  • Draft correspondence and other written materials, including memos, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Assist with the organization of company events and meetings, including coordinating logistics and making necessary arrangements.
  • Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, and mailing.

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
