Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. As an Admin Assistant at Gen 4 Jets, you will play a key role in supporting our day-to-day operations and ensuring the seamless coordination of administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and clients.

2. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

3. Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations as needed.

4. Assist with billing, invoicing, and financial record-keeping.

5. Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow.

6. Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory levels.

7. Assist with special projects and events as assigned.

8. Uphold a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Requirements:

1. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

4. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

5. Attention to detail and accuracy.

6. Knowledge of aviation industry (preferred but not required).
