HireOne is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
Ensure effectiveness of department
Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate department/employee
Arrange meeting logistics and book travel accommodation
Write and respond to routine correspondence
File documents according to standards
Manage the schedules of one or more professionals
Order office supplies and take meeting minutes as needed
Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and syntax improvements
Run myriad reports from the system of record; submit and reconcile expense reports
Greet customers and guests in a professional and friendly manner
Conduct analysis of data in spreadsheet software
Must be detail oriented with strong communication skills
