Base pay range
$45,000.00/yr - $50,000.00/yr
Position Overview:
The Administrative Assistant is a key support role within our organization, responsible for a variety of tasks that help keep our restaurants and marketing department running smoothly. The job description includes the responsibilities related to placing and maintaining order systems, along with organizing and maintaining inventories, specifically tailored for the hospitality group and marketing department. The position will also include various areas of support to our Executive Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Work setting is in the office 5 days a week from 9am to 5pm with occasional late evenings/weekends. The position is managed within the Marketing Department.

The position will also include various areas of support to our Executive Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for Executive Team
- Create Calendar Event Invitations for meetings and events
- Maintain New Hire Packets and distribution
- Placing and maintaining order systems for the restaurants and marketing department
- Organizing and maintaining inventories for the restaurants and marketing department
- Maintain inventory records and ensuring accurate documentation for accounting
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Provide support for projects, including research and coordination of resources
- Handle requests and queries from senior managers and other staff members
- Perform general office tasks, such as photocopying, printing, ect.
- Proficiency in Microsoft & Google Office Suite
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or secretary will be a plus
