Job Summary
- The Administrative Assistant II will play a key role in supporting the Corporate Affairs group by handling various administrative tasks, including expense reports, sponsorship requests, timekeeping, and other related duties.
- The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Prepare and submit expense reports for the Corporate Affairs group, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Manage and process sponsorship requests, coordinating with relevant departments to facilitate approvals and payments.
- Handle timekeeping responsibilities, including tracking and reporting employee hours and ensuring timely submission.
- Provide general administrative support to the Corporate Affairs group, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Act as a liaison between the Corporate Affairs group and other departments, facilitating communication and ensuring smooth workflow.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
