We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support a key U.S. federal agency focused on international development and finance. In this role, you will provide essential support to the Office of the Chief Executive Officer and the Office of the Risk Officer, contributing to important projects that address global challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and prioritize schedules for the Deputy Chief of Staff and Chief Risk Officer.
- Handle meeting requests, appointments, and manage a control system for timely responses.
- Perform routine administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and binding.
- Manage communications, including email, phone calls, and mail.
- Assist with travel coordination and processing travel vouchers for the Strategy and Risk teams.
- Maintain records and databases, track projects and deadlines.
- Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders as needed.
- Respond to correspondence promptly and conduct daily duties with professionalism.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- 3-5 years of experience providing administrative support in a federal environment or a similar setting.
- University degree or equivalent experience in administration, management, finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, flexibility, and professionalism.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Familiarity with PowerPoint.
