Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate seamless remote administrative support, embodying humility, peacefulness, and authenticity in all interactions.
  • Maintain meticulous records, reflecting our commitment to world-class standards.
  • Manage real estate transactions with preparedness, handling complex tasks efficiently.
  • Communicate with attorneys and sellers, order inspections, and manage other transactional details.
  • Oversee utilities for our properties, ensuring preparedness and smooth operation during renovations.
  • Advertising and engaging with potential clients on Facebook and other social media applications for the buying and selling of properties.
  • Maintain authenticity and honesty in all administrative tasks, reflecting the company's commitment to meaningful impact and genuine relationships

Qualifications

  • Ideally located within EST or CST time zones.
  • Proven experience working for a startup company
  • Prior experience within Real Estate or Property management is a big plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a disciplined approach to tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, promoting peaceful and truthful interactions within a remote team.
  • Ability to embrace and embody the company values of humility, authenticity, grace, and gratitude.
  • Comfortable with technology and remote collaboration tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
  • Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and honesty in all administrative responsibilities.
