Administrative Intern 1
Are you a student seeking rewarding, practical administrative support experience with a world class science and education firm? The ARA office in Panama City, Fl is seeking an administrative intern to work 4-6 weeks this summer. The intern will be supporting the Strategic Communication, Marketing, and Training Solution Group converting online course material to a study guide document.

Duties Include
- Using Microsoft Office software
- Using internal course review software
- Transcribing or copying course content into study guide format
- Preparing, formatting, and saving created documents
- Conferring with Instructional System Designers, creative media and IT personnel
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office Suite experience
- Must be proficient in MS Word, and snip & sketch
- Must have demonstrated scholastic excellence.
