Investor Relations and Deal Origination Specialist for CRE Private Equity

Overview: Astor Realty Capital is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Investor Relations and Deal Origination Specialist. This position plays a crucial role in supporting general investor relations activities and facilitating deal origination efforts for our private equity firm. As there is heavy data entry/CRM/Software procedures aspect to this position, the ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, a proactive mindset in implementing effective procedures, and a background in real estate and private equity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing investor relations activities, including communication and reporting.
• Support deal origination efforts through market research and analysis.
• Create and implement efficient administrative procedures to streamline operations.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance business development strategies.
• Maintain accurate records and data entry related to investor communications and deal flow.
• Utilize Microsoft Office suite effectively and adapt independently to new software tools like Salesforce and other CRMs as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in administrative roles with heavy CRM/data management procedures.
• Strong communication skills, particularly in remote work settings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to independently learn and utilize new software tools and systems.
• Creative thinker with a strategic approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
• Familiarity with investor relations practices and CRE private equity is advantageous.
