Join our fast-paced Specialty Clinic Operations teams which is responsible for efficient functioning of the clinics by improving processes to maximize the quality of patient care!

We Are Seeking An Administrative Operations Assistant To

  • Provide leadership support with calendar management, meeting preparation and follow-up, and coordination of activities and schedules for management and department teams.
  • Act as a resource, respond to questions and provide support to department staff as it relates to payroll, time-off, policies, procedures, education and scheduling.
  • Coordinate and track data to support departmental projects.

Education

Minimum - High School diploma or equivalent.

Preferred - Associate's Degree in Business Administration or related field.

Work Experience

Minimum - One (1) year of experience in an administrative support role.

Preferred - Three (3) years of experience in an administrative support function. Previous experience in a health care setting
