About the Role:

As an Administrative Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting operations. Your responsibilities will include a variety of back-office tasks, such as appointment confirmations, scheduling, seminar tracking, and client relationship management. Additionally, with the launch of a new digital marketing campaign, your role will be vital in ensuring these efforts are smoothly executed.


What You’ll Do:

  • Seminar Management: Handle appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling, and rescheduling, and maintain an up-to-date seminar tracker in Excel.
  • Client Interaction: Send birthday cards and assist with client relationship management, ensuring all communications are warm, polite, and professional.
  • Administrative Support: Request seminar space, follow up with applications, and assist with various administrative tasks during business hours.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong Communicator: Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone, are essential. You’ll be the friendly voice that represents the company.
  • Detail-Oriented: Your attention to detail ensures that all processes are followed through accurately, and the CRM is always up-to-date.
  • Independent Worker: You should be capable of working independently, without the need for micromanagement.
  • Experience: Previous experience working with financial advisors is a plus, as it indicates familiarity with the industry and the potential to grow within the role.
