Responsibilities
Administrative and Clerical Duties
Manage calendars and schedules
Arrange appointments and travel logistics
Prepare meeting agendas, reports, and correspondence
Take accurate meeting minutes
Client Analysts and Production Support
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and data
Analyze and update reports
Organize and maintain records and files
Assist with client onboarding and account analysis

Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
2 years of office environment experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with data entry and word processing
Ability to interpret and analyze financial data
Adaptability in a dynamic work environment with deadlines
Familiarity with Zoom or similar video conferencing tools
