The Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Denver operations. This includes coaching, guiding and assisting the team to run their departments and hit their goals. Oversee numerous roll outs and projects to ensure the success of the overall business. The right person must have excellent communication, technology, analytical and personal skills. Candidates should possess knowledge of all aspects and departments of homecare. The administrator will report directly to the CEO.

Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Oversees and directs all operational functions
  • Oversees all functions of fiscal policies, procedures and improvements of processes and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with all CO and Federal laws
  • Prepares monthly reports for presentation to administration
  • Monitors all department KPI's and related statistics for any significant trends/changes
  • Monitors monthly budget variances and FTE variances.
  • Identifies and analyzes opportunities for cost effective and reduction of expenses
  • Completes special internal audit projects as necessary
  • Coordinates the preparation of monthly and annual Cost Reports
  • Directly oversee department heads, support them in addressing challenges and making continuous improvements
  • Guides team and mentors all staff
  • Performs other job-related duties as directed


Administrator Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of administrator or assistant administrator experience required
  • 7+ yrs of home care experience required
  • Proficient Microsoft office and homecare software
  • Strong leadership skills
