SYSTEMTEC is seeking a Mainframe System Support Administrator for an On-Site opportunity in Nashville, TN 37214. We are looking for an early bird! Someone that starts their day at 04:30am CST.
Required Qualifications Of The Mainframe System Support Administrator
Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related degree Highly Desired
2 years of technical experience with systems analysis, design, and/or programming experience or other job-related IT experience
Must have Mainframe experience
Must have Production Support and/or Development experience, such as COBOL Programming, Endevor Mainframe DevOps Software, and/or Zeke Mainframe Job Scheduling Software
Medicare experience is a plus
Responsibilities of the Mainframe System Support Administrator:
Complete morning check-outs to ensure systems in the Mainframe are up by 6:00am CST
As a Mainframe Production Support team member, candidate will be responsible for investigating and resolving any Mainframe issues. Throughout the day, this person will complete ad hoc Mainframe reports
Perform/Support installation, configuration, administration, implementation, scheduling and/or tuning/modification of applications
Provide support for simple to moderate system/production performance concerns
Monitor and report on scheduled batch and online applications for successful/unsuccessful execution
Work Location: 100% On-Site in Nashville, TN 37214.
