Role Overview:

As the Admissions Advisor, you will be responsible for enrolling prospective adult learners into technology training programs. You will focus on exceeding enrollment goals, qualifying prospective learners, and driving revenue growth. This role involves a continuous stream of phone, video, and written communication, and you will be expected to maintain a high volume of meaningful and productive conversations. The successful candidate will work with admissions team members to qualify prospective learners, enroll them in programs, and assist applicants in obtaining grants and financial services.


Responsibilities

  • Work with the admissions team to identify prospective students for our bootcamp programs.
  • Assist applicants through the admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment.
  • Provide excellent customer service to applicants and maintain open communication throughout the process.
  • Assist applicants in obtaining grants and financial services, including completing applications and providing necessary documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of all contact interactions and progress throughout the admissions process.
  • Provide reports, feedback, and assessments of progress.
  • Maintain the HubSpot CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Meet or exceed enrollment goals of qualified learners.
  • Work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate applicants' schedules.


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or admissions, preferably in a higher education or bootcamp setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with HubSpot Sales CRM or other similar CRM systems.
  • Previous phone sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of grant and financial assistance programs preferred.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to process changes.
