Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct engaging and supportive conversations with students about their college admissions journey.

- Review and revise student essays to enhance their quality and impact.

- Respond promptly and effectively to student inquiries.

- Participate in ongoing training to continuously improve coaching skills and stay updated on the admissions process.

- Take on leadership responsibilities, with a direct path to managing the coaching team within 3-6 months.

Qualifications:

- Experience in college admissions counseling or a related field (1 year minimum preferred).

- Strong essay revision skills and a keen eye for detail.

- Eagerness to learn and adapt to the evolving admissions landscape.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
