The Role:
As the Affiliate and Growth Marketing Manager at Accomplishr, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through strategic affiliate marketing and growth initiatives. You will:
- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to expand our network of partners and drive user acquisition
- Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with affiliate partners, influencers, and other key stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and analytics, to align growth marketing efforts with business objectives
- Design and implement growth marketing campaigns, including performance marketing, SEO, content marketing, and social media
- Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of affiliate and growth marketing campaigns and optimize performance
- Develop and manage budgets for affiliate and growth marketing programs, ensuring cost-effective use of resources
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure Accomplishr remains competitive in the market
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on the performance of affiliate and growth marketing initiatives
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing and growth marketing roles, with at least 5 years of experience managing marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media
- Demonstrated success in developing and managing affiliate marketing programs and partnerships
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and drive results
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
