Join Our Team as a Regional Vice President in Property Management
Are you an experienced professional in overseeing affordable housing property operations? ATARID Specialist Recruiters are on the lookout for talented individuals on behalf of our client to fill the role of Regional Vice President.
Responsibilities
Direct Regional Managers to ensure financial goals are met, compliance practices are followed, conduct property visits, and provide support to on-site teams.
Recruit, train, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
Cultivate relationships with owners and management teams.
Facilitate regional communications to keep the team informed of updates.
Conduct property visits to maintain property standards and address any outstanding issues.
Coach direct reports on budgeting, expense management, capital improvements, and maintenance expectations.
Assist teams in resolving resident or employee conflicts.
Provide guidance on addressing escalated resident concerns.
Ensure thorough understanding of corporate standards, policies, and procedures among property management staff.
Conduct regular meetings with Regional Managers.
Analyze property performance and develop actionable insights for operations.
Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of experience in leading affordable housing operations, including previous roles as a Regional Manager.
Background in managing Low Income Housing Tax Credit, HUD properties, and compliance.
Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency in working with multiple landlords/ownership groups, asset and personnel management, budgeting, and financials.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of building successful teams.
Demonstrated success in maximizing income in line with company objectives and property budgets.
Proficient in MS 365 and Yardi.
Location: Remote home-based office in Georgia, Tennessee, or Mississippi, US.
Compensation: Negotiable salary ranging from $140,000 to $150,000, with additional benefits such as bonuses, healthcare, and a 401k match.
