Clutch is looking for an Account Director with DTC pharmaceutical experience for an agency client of ours.
Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive client strategies, positioning them as industry leaders.
Oversee programs, collaborating with various partners for successful implementation.
Craft compelling content, including features, reports, and client briefings.
Foster strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and maintaining open communication.
Manage account budgets and identify opportunities for business growth within existing accounts.
Lead project teams, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
Mentor and develop staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Stay current on industry trends through market research and participation in key events.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in a marketing or advertising agency, with a strong understanding of DTC/patient pharmaceuticals industries.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful multichannel campaigns.
Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Bachelor's in Communications, Marketing, or Advertising.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and remote communications/project management tools.
Recruitment marketing experience a plus!
