Position Title: Agile Coach Manager

Location: (Travelling Job in Midwest - Expenses covered by client) - (Relocation is mandatory any of location- Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota)

Duration: Full Time Position

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years IT/software process improvement experience
  • Minimum 5 year Agile experience
  • Minimum 4 years of Agile Coaching experience
  • Minimum 1 year proposal development experience
  • Minimum 2 year of experience managing teams
  • Minimum 1 year of managing multiple Agile teams (i.e.scrum of scrums or SAFe)
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience within an agile software development team
