Job Description
As an Agile Recruiter at Augmentjobs, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our dynamic and rapidly evolving teams. You will leverage your expertise in Agile methodologies to enhance our recruitment processes and ensure we align our hiring strategies with Agile principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for various roles within the organization, with a focus on Agile and technology positions.
- Agile Methodology: Apply Agile principles to the recruitment process to improve efficiency and adaptability. Utilize Agile tools and techniques to streamline hiring workflows and enhance candidate experiences.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and team leads to understand their hiring needs and create tailored recruitment strategies.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to advise on competitive compensation packages and recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication, feedback, and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics. Use data to continuously improve recruitment processes.
- Recruitment Marketing: Develop and implement effective recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent, including employer branding and social media campaigns.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and their application in a recruitment context.
- Knowledge: Deep knowledge of Agile principles and practices, with the ability to apply them to recruitment processes.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira or Trello is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and hiring managers.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze recruitment data and metrics to drive decision-making and process improvements.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and adaptable approach to challenges.
- Organization: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Agile Recruiter).
- Experience in recruiting for technology and Agile-focused roles.
