Alteryx is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Alliance Manager to spearhead our partnership with Databricks, a global leader in unified data analytics platforms. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to maximize the value of this alliance for both Alteryx and Databricks.
Responsibilities
Alteryx is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
The salary range (OTE) for this role in Southern California, Colorado, Washington, and Rhode Island is $207,200 - 267,650.
In addition, you may be eligible for other compensation, such as a bonus. Employees may also be eligible for a wide range of other benefits, including medical, retirement, financial, wellness, time off, employee discounts, and others.

Alteryx is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Alliance Manager to spearhead our partnership with Databricks, a global leader in unified data analytics platforms. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to maximize the value of this alliance for both Alteryx and Databricks.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of a strategic alliance plan for Alteryx and Databricks, focusing on driving joint revenue growth.
- Develop deep relationships with key stakeholders at both Alteryx and Databricks, fostering strong communication and collaboration.
- Identify and pursue co-selling opportunities with leading systems integrators (SIs) to expand our market reach through repeatable partner sales plays.
- Champion the integration and innovative s between Alteryx and Databricks platforms to deliver seamless solutions for our customers.
- Manage joint marketing initiatives to generate demand and build awareness for our combined offerings.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the alliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Travel globally to build relationships with key Databricks, Alteryx and SI partners.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Computer Science.
- 8+ years of experience in alliance management, with a proven track record of success in building and growing strategic partnerships.
- Strong understanding of the data analytics landscape, including data warehousing, data integration, and business analytics.
- Experience developing and executing co-selling programs with leading SIs.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing and analyzing complex data sets.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to travel globally.
- Strong references required.
