Job title: Alteryx Support Analyst / Developer

Location: Houston, TX – (Onsite Hybrid 2days/ week)

Duration: 6+ Months

Interview: Virtual interview.

Job Description

Artifact and related file deployment and production migration

Platform optimizations ongoing to enhance Uptime, resilience, and vulnerability resolution within SLA

Implement platform standards and governance.

Support for patch, major, and minor releases on the platform (EBFs)

creation and improvement of dashboards to track platform resilience and capacity planning

Conduct yearly drills for disaster recovery and password rotation.

Weekly and monthly platform health reports; use automation and continuous improvement opportunities

Support for Platform Upgrades and License Management

to oversee and assist with the platforms using a rotating shift system. (Key support needed during US business hours)

to acquire new platform management tools and technologies as a part of the project life cycle cross-skilling activity
