Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field.
Previous experience in a healthcare administrative role, with specific experience in ambulatory surgery center operations highly desirable.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, Stark Law, and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines.
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and practice management software.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards in all aspects of the job.
Willing to travel between two locations.
Spanish speaking preferred.
