Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. Typical projects assigned might include issues affecting multiple systems or departments, software selection, or significant changes in processes.
Configures system settings and options.
Plans and executes business unit, integration, and acceptance testing.
Creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements.
Designs details of automated systems.
May provide consultation to users regarding automated systems.
Decision Making
Selects from multiple procedures and methods to accomplish tasks.
Applies organizational policies: may interpret organizational policies and recommend exceptions.
Establishes work methods, timetables, performance standards, etc.
Leadership Provided
Routinely provides work group leadership, guidance, and/or training to less experienced staff.
May lead cross functional team to address business issues and opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications Education And Experience
Bachelors degree in computer science (equivalent professional experience may be considered for substitution for the required degree on an exception basis)
5 years of specific ERP work experience preferable Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) and TCP Timeclocks.
Preferred Education & Experience
Masters degree in computer science (equivalent professional experience may be considered for substitution for the masters degree on an exception basis) with 5 8 years directly related professional experience.
