You Are

UST HealthProof is looking for an Operational Excellence Analyst, reporting to the Group Manager, Operational Excellence. The Analyst is responsible for leveraging advanced analytical tools and methodologies to optimize client outcomes. This role is centered around process improvements that foster operational excellence and strategic growth.



The Opportunity

As an Operational Excellence Analyst II at UST HealthProof, this is your opportunity to

  • Perform detailed analysis on assigned projects, recommend potential business solutions and assist with implementation
  • Be responsible for process enhancement recommendations
  • Formulate and evaluate departmental policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other team members on special projects as assigned by management; special projects can include process documentation development, training, reviews, or any other project as determined by the management
  • Establish and maintain an appropriate level of communication with management to address issues and concerns and take preventive measures that ensure durable quality

What You Need

  • A solid understanding and ability to manipulate and analyze health care-related data sets
  • A college degree is required
  • 3 – 5 years health plan experience
  • An eagerness to embrace new skills and methodologies
  • Exceptional team collaboration skills
  • Technical writing experience
  • Expertise in Microsoft Applications, especially Word, Excel, and Visio
  • Understanding of Healthcare Compliance, CMS regulations

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Remote

Compensation Range: $65,000 – $81,000

Our full-time, regular associates are eligible for 401K matching, and vacation accrual and are covered from day 1 for paid sick time, healthcare, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance benefits.
