Location: Clearwater, FL

Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday onsite, Friday remote

We believe in the power of in-person collaboration. Our corporate center in Clearwater, FL, serves as a hub for innovation, relationship-building, and problem-solving. While we offer remote work on Fridays, we've found that having our team together in the same space for most of the week fosters creativity and teamwork.

Position: Business Intelligence Analyst

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that provide comprehensive coverage of our business for senior leaders.
  • Support and inform operational reporting needs across various departments, aligning them with corporate KPIs.
  • Collaborate with leaders in Marketing, Sales/Service, Operations, and Finance to ensure alignment on data definitions, interpretation, and consistent presentation.
  • Work closely with IT and Data Analytics teams to design and architect reports and data structures that meet business needs.
  • Act as a liaison between commercial/operating functions and IT regarding data quality and governance.
  • Lead the strategy for developing shared tools and reports for use across multiple user groups.
  • Assist senior management in defining and managing the analytical agenda to support revenue and profitability performance, focusing on:
  • Sales funnel performance
  • Asset utilization
  • Revenue optimization
  • Measurement improvements
  • Identification of key revenue performance drivers
  • Risk and opportunity assessment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a business discipline such as Finance, Marketing, Accounting, or Operations Research (MBA preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or financial analysis, preferably in a fixed-asset intensive industry (e.g., Hospitality, Travel, Cargo Transportation) or in an Analytics Consulting role
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and expedite decision-making processes
  • Experience working directly with and advising senior leadership is a plus
  • Ability to see the big picture and effectively communicate the story behind the data to drive consensus and action
  • Understanding of strategic business levers and how analytics catalyzes decision-making
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and demonstrating the ability to structure vague or unstructured requests/discussions
  • Proven ability to quickly solve problems in complex situations using creative and conceptual reasoning
  • Experience with Business Intelligence reporting and development tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Google Data Studio)
  • Proficiency in SQL and working with large transactional datasets
  • Positive team player with the ability to communicate effectively, influence cross-functionally, and develop strong working relationships across multiple levels and organizational boundaries
