What You’ll Do:

  • Work with both internal and external teams to bid for marketing campaigns based on the criteria by analyzing IOs and help increase revenue
  • Identify potential opportunities to improve existing processes review and discuss those opportunities with leadership teams
  • Set priorities, focus energy, and ensure that employees and other stakeholders are working toward a common goal
  • Managing projects involving a large number of partners and experience working in cross-functional teams
  • Hands-on experience working on Process documentation & Gap analysis
  • Prepares / reviews reports & presentations on operations and activities, recommending improvements and modifications
  • Analyze campaign-related issues within the team and take corrective action to avoid reoccurrence
  • Lead ad hoc projects as and when assigned
  • Undertaking responsibilities of removing unnecessary procedures in processes; ensuring uniformity in the process understanding both upstream and downstream
  • Analytical approach to process improvement
  • Aggregate and analyze internal and external campaign metrics to assess performance drivers and identify insights
  • Define priorities for campaign management and optimization initiatives
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

What You’ll Bring:

Required:

  • An MBA / Master in Communication (Mandatory)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Well-organized with project planning and execution
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent English communication - both written and verbal
  • Capable of managing multiple, high-priority assignments
  • Excellent relationship management skills, attention to detail, analytical mindset and interpersonal skills to develop good working relationships at various levels and to resolve complaints
  • Ability to manage projects effectively and meet firm deadlines
  • Strategic and analytical orientation coupled with exceptional communication skills as well as a highly developed collaborative nature
  • Knowledge of digital advertising ecosystem
  • An analytical, data-driven approach to problem-solving
