Job Overview

The Analytics Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of data-driven strategies to support business objectives. This role involves managing analytics projects, overseeing data analysis, and providing actionable insights to guide decision-making and optimize performance across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage analytics projects, including data collection, analysis, and interpretation, to support business strategies and objectives.
  • Develop and implement data models and methodologies to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Oversee the preparation of regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings and performance metrics to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and ensure alignment of analytics efforts with overall goals.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress and identify trends or issues.
  • Manage and mentor a team of analysts, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all analytics activities.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in data analytics to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, data analysis, or a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering insights and recommendations.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience with statistical modeling, data mining, and predictive analytics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and provide clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
