The Analytics Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of data-driven strategies to support business objectives. This role involves managing analytics projects, overseeing data analysis, and providing actionable insights to guide decision-making and optimize performance across the organization.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage analytics projects, including data collection, analysis, and interpretation, to support business strategies and objectives.
Develop and implement data models and methodologies to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Oversee the preparation of regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings and performance metrics to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and ensure alignment of analytics efforts with overall goals.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress and identify trends or issues.
Manage and mentor a team of analysts, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and productivity.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all analytics activities.
Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in data analytics to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in analytics, data analysis, or a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering insights and recommendations.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
Experience with statistical modeling, data mining, and predictive analytics.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and provide clear, actionable insights.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven leadership and team management abilities.
