We are offering an opportunity for a Marketing Analytics Manager in the San Francisco Bay Area. The role involves developing tailored analytics plans to meet marketing and business objectives across various units. The Marketing Analytics Manager will also serve as the main point of contact for internal marketing reporting requests. This role will be based in a hybrid workplace and will be a 1-year contract with potential to extend.


Role Overview: As a Marketing Analytics Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the marketing strategy through comprehensive data analysis and insights. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform and optimize marketing campaigns, customer acquisition, and overall marketing performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing analytics strategies to support business objectives.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize ROI.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to design and execute data-driven marketing initiatives.
  • Utilize various analytical tools and techniques to track, measure, and report on key marketing metrics.
  • Conduct customer segmentation and profiling to inform targeted marketing efforts.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry benchmarks to provide strategic recommendations.
  • Create and present regular reports and dashboards to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Analytics Manager or similar role with 7 years or more experience
  • Proficient in CRM and Database management
  • Knowledge and experience working with EO/IR systems
  • Competency in using Facebook Insights for data analysis
  • Proficiency in analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and metrics.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective Advertisement strategies
  • Strong understanding of Analytics and its application in marketing strategies
  • Experience in increasing Brand Awareness through various marketing techniques
  • Familiarity with Budget Processes related to marketing
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field.
