Requirements:
Experience: Ideal candidates will have at least 3-6 months of experience in residential or hotel maintenance.
Skills: Proficiency in plumbing, electrical work, drywall, painting, and repairing fixtures and appliances.
Responsibilities:
Perform groundskeeping duties to maintain the appearance and safety of property grounds.
Participate in maintenance and repair tasks across electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, and appliance care.
Prepare vacant apartments for lease and new move-ins.
Complete daily work order requests promptly and efficiently.
Additional Tasks: Willingness to tackle other assignments as delegated by the Maintenance Supervisor.
Communication: Strong communication skills, able to collaborate effectively both within a team and independently.
Certifications: HVAC/EPA certifications are a PLUS
Tools: Must possess a personal set of tools.
