Take charge of apartment maintenance valley-wide, ensuring resident satisfaction is always paramount.
Trash-outs and make-ready
Service requests and work orders.
At least 6 months of maintenance experience
HVAC/CPO Certification is a bonus, but not mandatory.
Show off your proficiency with plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance repairs.
Own set of basic hand tools
