We are seeking employees with experience in the maintenance field who are interested in joining the property management world.
Maintenance Job Responsibilities:
Make Ready/Turning apartments in between resident occupancy
Repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and all major appliances
May be requested to assist in other areas of property including painting, grounds keeping, trash pick-up, pool maintenance, etc. depending on property needs.
Receives service request, prioritizes work orders and handle them each in the most efficient manner.
Maintenance Job Requirements:
At least 3 months maintenance experience, Property management experience a plus
General knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair: plumbing, electrical, drywall, appliance repairs and painting.
HVAC/CPO Certification and knowledge is not required, but always a plus
