Adobe’s Digital Imaging team is driving global mobile adoption in the Photography and Graphic Design space. We need a detail-obsessed and visual communications-savvy Growth Marketing Manager to join us in leading the strategy & operations behind App Store Optimization programs for the leading Adobe Mobile apps.

This role will manage our App Store Optimization agency partner and partner closely with our Product Marketing and Product Management teams to deliver a high-velocity (~80 experiments/ qtr ) international roadmap, goaled against impressions, downloads, app installs, and conversion rate.

These apps are 0-1 and growth-stage inside of an enterprise ecosystem focused on long-term market leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and continuously improve process and communications efficiency for the operational needs of App Store Optimization programs ( e.g. In-App Events and Promotional Content)
  • Own monthly asset QA and release process for worldwide App Store Optimization experimentation roadmap from Jira and Asana into Apple App Store and Google Play Store
  • Support team on developing experiments and internal communications materials such as playbooks, case studies, and performance overviews of ASO outputs through visually savvy Powerpoint decks, Wiki pages, and ad hoc program materials
  • Maintain program budget and proactively support team with managing quarterly spend
  • Manage cross-functional team deadlines and follow-ups to ensure timely releases

The ideal candidate:

  • 5+ years program/project management experience within an enterprise organization
  • Is obsessed with creating and upholding standards in process efficiency; extremely high attention to detail with follow-through
  • Has exceptional synthesis and communication skills; succinctly distills sophisticated concepts in verbal, written, and visual form
  • Is highly skilled in project management and communication tools like Microsoft Powerpoint , Excel, Project, Wiki, Sharepoint
  • Proven success in fast-paced, complex, dynamic, and highly cross-functional environments
  • Is enthusiastic, innovative, and driven to ensure our team’s success!

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $97,600 -- $189,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
