This is an Onsite job from Day 1- Location is New York, NY.

L1 Support (70%)

L1 floor support to onsite client team on publishing platform & other Research applications

Act as a point of contact for the L1 support team offshore

Understand the changing requirements and provide suggestions for process improvements.

Provide inputs on the overall management and direction of the team and service line.

Communicate and co-ordinate with different teams and act as point of contact for end users, client managers and various client teams for various Product support projects

Data Team Support (30%)

Act as a point of contact for the Data team offshore

Handle escalations; collect feedback on the performance of the team.

Provide inputs on the overall management and direction of the team and service line.
