Summary

Looking for an Application Systems Analyst, where you'll play a crucial role in enhancing and supporting key applications within our Vitacost Support Center. This is an exciting opportunity to work on onboarding additional functionality for the Five9 application and supporting the new CXone CRM application, driving our commitment to exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Application Enhancement and Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard and enhance functionalities for the Five9 and CXone CRM applications, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Technical Support: Provide 3rd level support, resolving complex issues and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Manage and respond to support tickets efficiently.
• Documentation: Develop and update comprehensive support documentation for both existing and new applications. Ensure all technical and process documentation is current and accessible.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful application implementation and support.
• Communication: Utilize proven communication and presentation skills to effectively convey information to stakeholders, including customers and all organizational levels.
• Contact Center Experience: Leverage your expertise in contact center operations to improve application functionality and user experience.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in system analysis, design, or programming with a strong understanding of development methodologies.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Team Interaction: Ability to collaborate and interact well within a team environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Contact Center Expertise: Hands-on experience with contact center operations.
  
  

Desired Qualifications

• SQL Proficiency: Experience with SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Application Experience: Familiarity with Aspect, Astute, Five9, and Verint applications.
• Workflow Knowledge: Understanding of general workflow processes.
• Documentation Skills: Ability to create detailed application process and configuration documentation.
• GUI Design: Experience in graphical user interface (GUI) design.
• HTML Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML for application customization and support.
