The Accounts Receivables Specialist supports the Accounting Manager in all areas of the company related to customer billing and collections.
Accounts Receivables Specialist Duties Include
Create accurate invoices for customers and ensure they are sent in a timely manner
Process deposits and apply payments made by customers
Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting customers
Follow up on unpaid invoices outside of payment terms
Verify discrepancies and resolve clients’ billing issues
Support an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year end close
Other duties as assigned by your manager
Experience And Skills
2+ years of professional experience in an AR or Accounting role
Microsoft Great Plain Dynamics and/or Q360 experience would be ideal
Previous construction or AIA billing experience preferred
Organization and strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently
