Job Description:
Are you a passionate Senior Health Care Policy Data Analyst ready to support the leading edge of scientific and health care advancements in the Federal Government today?
ECS is seeking talented and driven professionals to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H). In this role, you will serve as a scientific and technical advisor to ARPA-H—enabling the agency to manage and provide oversight to advanced R&D efforts; help shape future R&D concepts, programs, and solutions; integrate and advance our nation’s health care ecosystem processes, policies, and enabling technologies; and enable the agency to expand its health care and scientific scope into yet unknown areas.As a “systems engineering and technical assistance” advisor, you will provide support and thought leadership to R&D performer teams, Government Program Managers, and stakeholders across the health innovation ecosystem. This role supports the Resilience Systems Office (RSO).

What you will do:
Serve as a health care policy data analyst:
- Advising and guiding program initiatives related to health care provider systems.
- Analyzing health care policies and providing data analysis on the policies.
- Actively track and analyze new research findings in this field.
- Identify and propose emerging methodologies and technologies that could enhance the program's progress.
- Participate in scientific discussions and presentations, contributing your expertise to the program's overall knowledge base.
- Build strong relationships with computational scientists, engineers, and other scientific advisors involved in the program.
- Communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and problem-solving exercises to drive the program forward.
General Description Of Benefits
Required Skills:
- Masters of Public Policy.
- Minimum of 11 years of experience in health care systems
- Demonstrably strong expertise in health care policy and data analytics
- Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research, analyze data, and write scientific reports.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and a passion for healthcare and scientific discovery.
- U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency is required per contract.
- Three years or more experience within a Federal ARPA organization.
- Two years or more experience in Federal Healthcare and/or Scientific Consulting.
- Experience supporting complex healthcare and programs of a research and development nature.
