Artificial Intelligence (AI) Language Model Trainer

Position Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced AI Language Model Trainer dedicated to advancing natural language processing (NLP) capabilities. We are seeking a talented and motivated AI Language Model Trainer to join our team. This role is focused on developing and refining language models for various NLP tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine language models for text generation, translation, and sentiment analysis.
• Source and manage diverse, high-quality datasets for training language models.
• Identify and curate diverse sources of textual data, ensuring cleanliness and relevance.
• Manage datasets to cover a wide range of linguistic patterns and topics.
• Design, implement, and fine-tune machine learning models for language tasks.
• Optimize models for fluency and coherence.
• Stay updated on advancements in language modeling techniques and integrate them into training.
• Assess model performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Iteratively refine model architectures and training procedures.
• Conduct performance tests on AI systems for efficiency with large data, complex algorithms, and speeds.
• Integrate, test, tune, and monitor AI solutions for optimal performance.
• Design and develop scalable AI solutions using machine learning models.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of AI systems.
• Utilize big data tools and cloud platforms to create prototypes and datasets.
• Conduct research to advance AI algorithms, techniques, and methodologies.
• Develop algorithms and models to solve complex AI problems, including machine learning and NLP.
• Design experiments, collect and analyze data, and develop prototypes to test new ideas.
• Explore new approaches and refine existing techniques for performance and scalability.
• Stay updated with the latest AI research and incorporate new techniques into projects.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master's or PhD preferred).
• 4 years of related experience in AI, machine learning, or NLP.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or R.
• Proficiency with machine learning frameworks like Spark, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
• Experience with big data tools and cloud platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and optimize machine learning models.
• Strong research skills and experience in advancing AI methodologies.
• Experience in text generation, translation, and sentiment analysis.
• Knowledge of data curation and management practices.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Compensation And Benefits

The projected compensation range for this position is $129,110 to $177,027 per year benchmarked in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Salary at LCG is determined by various factors, including but not limited to role, location, the combination of education/training, knowledge, skills, competencies, certifications, and work experience.
