Asset Manager

We are looking for an Asset Manager to join our growing team! Inspired Healthcare Capital is a private equity company with a specialization in senior housing. As an Asset Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the performance and value of our senior housing properties.

What you'll be doing:

• Partner with operators and leadership teams to implement strategies that boost financial performance and enhance the lives of our residents.
• Analyze and optimize financial performance, from budgeting to revenue generation, ensuring every property reaches its potential.
• Keep a pulse on the senior housing industry, identifying trends and opportunities to stay ahead of the curve.
• Drive revenue and NOI growth to meet the objectives of each asset, maximize property performance, and stabilize assets for their next phase.
• Proactively drive RevPOU and ExpPOU priorities across the portfolio by optimizing market rental and care rates as well as labor expenditures and utilization is managed effectively.
• Benchmark costs and ensure effective management of margins and identify opportunities for improvement on specific assets.
• Partner with operations to analyze proposed renovation/repositioning programs for aging and underperforming assets.

What you'll bring to the table:

• 7+ years in asset management, with a focus on Senior Living.
• Bachelor's Degree in real estate, business, finance or accounting.
• A confident communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent financial modeling skills with a strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Results-oriented, deadline-driven, and a master of multitasking.
• Enjoys working in a dynamic team environment and interacting with various stakeholders.
