Asset Manager

Miramar Capital is a best-in-class commercial real estate investment firm. We are seeking a dynamic, analytical, and driven asset manager to join our team in Los Angeles. The position will assist in the overall positioning of assets including growing industrial and multifamily platforms.  

Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of the company’s investment strategies.
• Oversight and management of 3rd party property managers; ensuring that responsibilities and deadlines are adhered to.
• Perform and help oversee physical and financial due diligence, along with other real estate acquisition-related needs by working with internal team members and colleagues as well as various thirds parties, sellers, JV partners, legal counsel, etc.
• Prepare leasing models as well as effectively analyze market data/research.
• Analyze financial statements, various performance returns metrics (IRR, equity multiples, time-weighted returns, etc.), and other financial and operating reports.
• Assist in quarterly investor and other ad hoc reporting.

Requirements, Capabilities and Skills:

• General proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Argus and related software.
• Interface with Property Managers and follow up and monthly/quarterly/annual reporting needs for in-house team members.
• Some experience with lease negotiations.

Compensation based on experience.
