The Department of Radiology at the Keck School of Medicine of USC is recruiting full-or part-time, fellowship-trained radiologists to join the department. The candidate will be appointed to a faculty rank commensurate with their experience/qualifications. Applicants must be ABR board-certified, -eligible or equivalent and be eligible for full licensure in the State of California.

The faculty members will work at the Keck Hospital of USC, LA General Medical Center, USC Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center, and USC Verdugo Hills Hospital. A major strength of the position is the rich clinical experience derived from the tremendous variety in pathology and patient population throughout all the sites.

State-of-the-art equipment include multiple multidetector and dual energy CT scanners, GE 3T MRI, and Siemens 1.5T and 3T MRI scanners and state of the art ultrasound units as well as Canon and Philips ultrasound units Fuji Synapse PACS workstations are employed throughout the department, and multiple 3-D workstations are also present at all sites. The department has a clinical image processing laboratory for advanced 3D visualization and post processing.

There are extensive opportunities for research and other scholarly activities, both within the department and in collaboration with other departments. The department provides dedicated research infrastructure including a grants manager, study coordinators, and statistician support. A long-standing commitment to didactic and “at the workstation” teaching is a core value of the department which supports 57 academically and clinically active faculty, 5 research faculty, and a highly competitive training program of 47 residents and 15 fellows from across the country.

Starting Base salary: $367,000 - $500,000 for full-time employment but does not include incentive compensation. Salary is commensurate with experience and academic rank. Remote and hybrid work options are possible.
