Responsibilities:

Customer Service Excellence:

  • Maintain seamless communication with medical professionals and new parents to ensure empathetic and effective order processing.
  • Handle urgent inquiries with compassion and professionalism, ensuring every family receives the highest quality care.
  • Conduct proactive follow-ups to enhance customer satisfaction and support seamless operations.


Drive Operational Excellence:

  • Process bili blanket and breast pump orders via telephone, email, and fax, utilizing our innovative systems for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage Medicaid billing for breast pump orders, confirming addresses and coordinating timely deliveries to support new mothers.
  • Monitor nationwide delivery schedules, providing compassionate updates and ensuring excellence in courier management.


Empower Through Marketing:

  • Assist in maintaining a dynamic social media presence that reflects our innovative approach to newborn and maternity care.
  • Create engaging milestone celebrations and announcements to celebrate our impact and engage with our community.
  • Proactively reach out to pediatric practices to generate demand and schedule presentations to showcase our innovative solutions.
  • Compile targeted mailing lists to connect with medical providers and expand our reach across diverse communities.


Champion Inventory Management:

  • Ensure top-quality care by servicing medical equipment through thorough cleaning and efficiency checks.
  • Manage nationwide shipping processes, including label generation, shipment tracking, and maintaining optimal inventory levels.
  • Oversee inventory at multiple courier locations to ensure seamless operations and uphold our commitment to accessible care.


Join Our Growing Team:

  • Full-time position offering 40 hours per week.
  • Availability for at least one weekend shift per week is required to support our 365-day business operation.
  • Competitive salary based on experience ($45,000-65,000), with 26 days of paid time off (PTO) annually.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in operations, customer service, or healthcare administration.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with a passion for compassionate care.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) applications such as Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, and Google Sheets is preferred.
  • Prior experience in healthcare or medical equipment management is advantageous.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds, pack, and move boxes with outbound equipment.
  • Spanish language skills are advantageous in our multicultural environment, facilitating enhanced communication and service delivery.
